In our stores, and on our website, for us it’s all about Customer Service!

We also provide a personal shopping service for you - our customer.  If there is something special you are looking for in the way of Native American Jewelry, Pottery, Home Décor Items, Cowboy Boots or Clothing from any of our Artists, Suppliers and Sources - yep we will search it out for you.

We keep “wish lists” that we take on our buying trips to be on the lookout for special items our customers are looking for - and don’t be surprised if you get a phone call or email from us while we are out West buying to see if we found it - this is indeed part of our passion for what we do at Southern Exposure.


Return Policy

Southern Exposure will refund the purchase price to the customer upon return receipt of the goods by Southern Exposure as long as:

  • Southern Exposure receives notification by Email from customer upon receipt of merchandise of their intention to return merchandise.
  • Merchandise is return shipped from customer to Southern Exposure within seven days of receipt by customer.
  • Merchandise must be returned by customer to Southern Exposure in same condition as shipped, i.e. original packaging, and if Clothing, all tags still on garment and not worn.
