Here is a true testament to how Les and I consider it a challenge to find just what our customers want. We try to keep our stores chock full of special things, but there will always be more special things to find... that's what keeps us going!

A long time customer came to us and wanted us to find some special Navajo rugs for her home. We do own and stock some smaller Navajo rugs in our stores, but she needed several larger rugs. After looking at thirty or more digital images of rugs via email sent from traders we buy from out West, we had nine gorgeous Navajo rugs come to us on approval for her to see. And three of those were destined to be in her home!
